Flamereader

Hi, I downloaded FLAMEREADER, a text to audio program (text reader) and I
cant open it.I tried all the programs I have with Ubuntu 9.1. It seems I
need " application/x-ms-dos-executable decoder". I tried in synaptics but
i'm getting nowhere.  Is this doable in Ubuntu??   Ray
