A little help with a project i am making

I am making a little presentation to my school/board for an price saving energy saving linux powered alternate system to be put in place. This would be running either linutops terminals or pano logic boxes. I want to make a presentation of the pros and cons of all the things that could be put into place showing linux as a much better solution, or even at least Pano logic boxes and windows on them running as terminals. I will be showing this first to my staff at school and the eco's club at school, before presenting it to the board office.
