In short, Savoir-Faire Linux sued the Gouvernement of Quebec for the
contract (of (722 848$) they awarded to Microsoft without an approval
process.
The judge said it was not legal.
That IS good news. That mean the government is now "force" to consider
other solution before saying "MS is the only provider that works for us".
If someone find the English article, post it.
