Okay...... I feel somewhat responsible for this, even though I was just 
introducing myself and keep in mind that this is all my point of view and, 
since I don't know any of you, I would like to think I'm pretty well un-
biased.

So, Alfred:
I'm not sure what happened.... I haven't seen anything on this list that would 
cause any sort of system failure and/or corruption, even if you cut and pasted 
e-mails from the list. Possibly there was something on the side that I am not 
aware of (private e-mails, IRC, forums, ???) ? Or possibly some coincidental 
circumstance which coincided with this exchange?

And James:

I can appreciate the "also do not accuse ppl on the list" part, but there is 
no need to be condescending when you say "learn to write e-mails not novels". 
How is that productive in any way, shape, or form? Poking fun at someone that 
isn't up on short-form is not tactful and, to be honest, I had no idea what 
you were talking about.
Also about writing "novels"... that usually insinuates that the person is 
quite passionate about the topic and great care and thought should be taken in 
a response as such. 

I am not trying to start some sort of war/debate/fight here. I am just putting 
out my point of view and hoping it doesn't fall on deaf ears. :)
