Well now I know what this means: Literally,

"Too long; didn't read"

Said whenever a nerd makes a post that is too long to bother reading.

Some think of me as a Nerd. First you need an IQ of 220. Then you got 
family that beats the piss out of you, for getting low marks in school 
due to we moved from Holland to here, Dutch was what I understood, and 
this was English. Even with that 220 IQ, I had Learning Disability - Go 
Figure!

  And it's still open season on Nerds!

When I left home All my Fingers had been broken, one by one, and the 
headaches I had, were due to a Skull Fracture! That starts to make you 
Nerdy! Every one on the School Ground teases you because you don't know 
the Lingo! Then for years after that all kinds of people that hate 
NERDS, targeted me! Even with the IQ at the time, I could not figure out 
hints!

I did a few things in my life, when you have a kidney stone, and it is 
Crushed by Ultrasonic Waves, that was my Idea!

I told them what to do to make it happen! Now it's here! tl;dr.

I helped all kinds of people, that were in trouble to turn their lives 
around, in something of giving back! tl;dr. Volunteer Work!

I helped people with my intuitive side. tl;dr.

I help out some handicapped people, when I can. tl;dr.

I helped people keep their bikes on the road. tl;dr.

I help a few people with Ubuntu Linux, and Computers I loan to them, 
because they can not afford a Computer. tl;dr.

Still by some I'm seen as the village idiot.

A few people that do talk to me began to recognize that what ever topic 
they talk about, I don't get lost. I gave myself a well rounded 
education! I've got Photographic Memory! tl;dr.

I helped some people with disease that doctors don't know anything 
about, using just Food, and a knowledge of Ayurveda. tl;dr.

I invented a whole bunch of things that I added to Ayurveda, like the 
meanings of Iris Colour. So when I look at someone, I know quite well 
all about their Diet, and health problems just in a few seconds. tl;dr.

I've written Poetry, that is a pretty good translation from the Aramaic 
Bible into English. Although I never studied Aramaic. tl;dr.

I saved a few peoples lives, in 1991, perhaps you caught that on TV on 
the Parliamentary Channel. I was the Alfred, that was talked about that 
the Defense Department intercepted my transmission to them in the 
Federal Government, by the then leader of the NDP. tl;dr. I had severe 
Gut Problems and found I could write and even talk all in poetry, or 
Verse! tl;dr.

Quite frankly James, its a sort of discrimination, being treated by you 
in this way. To you I must be, some High Functioning Autistic, or lower 
than dirt person. One whom laughs last laughs best! tl;dr! Hey the sun 
shines and you can be a Good Day! Try that on for size! Get off the Nerd 
put down kick!
