If you are close to Mississauga there's a caffé/shop that holds a free support service once a month (http://caffenix.com/support/free-computer-makeover). Otherwise any local LUG should be more than happy to help you.

Hi: I live on a hundred mile radius towards the north from Mississauga.
We tried to start a LUG here, but the Linux Expert, had a heart problem,
and had to move away to a town where he could be near to a hospital. All
that is left are 2 or three old guys like me! No lugs anywhere near
here. A sign on the road might say somewhere close to Mississauga, last
lug for 200 miles! :) All my Linux Experiments, were done as though I
was the only one making use of Linux out there. I got this one person
interested that found out that "Surprise! You don't have any Pension!"
So he sells old computers now with Linux and other OS on them so he can
pay the groceries, and the rent. But he does not know Shell stuff at all!

I had a 64 gig Thumb Drive, Perhaps I could use that. Use the Password
from that hard drive, 9.04 edition, for Sudo. Then pack the Whole Home
folder into the thumb drive. I have a Linux Cheat Sheet here somewhere
with all the Shell Commands on it, might help with formulating the
commands needed in terminal to do that! Landscape may be in England, I
don't want to send my almost new Sata drive to Landscape land!

Alfred!
