The next LoCo Council meeting is June 22

I talked to Laura Czajkowski of the LoCo council, and she said they'll
get to Canada "in due course."  I guess they have a bit of a backlog,
and a long list of teams expiring next week.  It would probably be
useful to get clarification on what "in due coarse" means...
