Well,
just be careful with the statements that they are correct. AFAIK, and
IAAL but I don't
practice as one, Bill C-32 is only relevant for civil litigation, but
has no criminal
sanctions at all.
So, a maybe better (maybe even more controversial) way of putting it,
would be to
say that if the MPAA/MPEGLA/WHOEVER OWNS IT(not artists) want to be your
slaves, you cannot do a lot about it (amybe short of boycotting them in

which might be that best way to get rid of them).
