Good Morning everyone,
To be honest it didn't fulfill my expectations.
I installed the beta version and it was freezing up all the times due to compiz but I thought that the official release was going to fix it. Guess what? I did a fresh install and after the installation of compiz it was still freezing up. I had to disable a lot of features of compiz I really liked. And also the window previewer doesn't work and Google gadgets or screenlets cannot be installed.
And as James said you cannot open an application twice...
The pros are the software center because you can now review apps, the ubuntu one because you can handle better your account and the file/edit/view bar is now on the very top like Mac OS X so that saves some space.
I feel I should had waited for the 11.10 instead because they recreated Ubuntu from scratch.
Regards,
Nico
