Hi again, I was able to play around with this and finally found how to get
the usb connection to work. Problem was, as a lot of you said, in the
camcorder settings. I have access to the photos via usb port but it seem,s
the videos are accessible only via the SD/HC card. More exploration is
required.                         Many thanks to all that helped.
