Virtual machines

Hi all -- I am about to try some virtual machines in Ubuntu -- so my
questuion is : which  one is the best?
Xen --- VirtualBox    --  VM   --  kvm  --  Qemu???


I am going to put XP on it and Ubuntu11.04
