Ubuntu Hour Ottawa - Removed from https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Hour

I just removed the Ubuntu Hour (Ottawa) entry from the wiki page.

John is busy with skiing during the winter months.  While I am no
longer using Ubuntu.  So, if anyone wishes to revive Ubuntu Hour in
Ottawa, my first recommendation would be to add a wiki entry ;)
