I've been running Office 2007 in Crossover for around a year and it's
fantastic (well, as fantastic as Office can be :) ).
Sadly, Office 2010 is known not to work under Crossover:
http://www.codeweavers.com/compatibility/browse/name?app_id=7437 which
means that it definitely won't work under Wine.
