wireless problems with Ubuntu 10.10

Hi folks,  A few days ago I installed Ubuntu 10.10 into a Toshiba p-300c
laptop and after a few problems were fixed it worked fine but today the
wireless wont connect to a D-link router. Works ok direct.   Any help would
be appreciated.  Ray
