>From the screenshot you posted, I can see the attachment you received
is a PowerPoint slide show. Rename the file to end in .PPT instead of
.PPS, then double-click on it. This will open it for editing in
OpenOffice. Now you can right-click on the photo on each slide and
select "Save as Picture...", and save the photos in the Pictures
folder. Now if you select the "Pictures folder" screensaver, these
pictures will be displayed.

The "lock" icon means the file is set to "read-only", meaning you
can't save changes to it, which won't matter in this case.
