Stars Supplying Technology to At Risk Students

I understand the support issue.
It was intended to introduce Students to a Free alternative, it would be
perfect for research at Students home.
I wish I was offered a free pc when I was in college.
Maybe I am too close to see the picture.

*On the up side, We have sent 5 pc's to Sioux Lookout from there they are
being sent North West deep into North West Territories. *: )
