If you find anyone local, let us know.  That would be awesome.

You can order machines with Ubuntu pre-installed from a few US
retailers online.  I've used System 76 (http://www.system76.com/), and
I'd be happy to recommend them, although be aware that shipping to
Canada is a bit expensive and there's a chance you might get nailed by
brokerage fees.

There's also ZaReason (http://zareason.com/), which I haven't tried,
although I'm told the shipping situation is better.
