Anywhere where a group of users, dedicated to the same idea or vein of thought, gather and monitor for both questions and answers is an official support channel. Your idea is to kick them to Canonical or somewhere similar for PAID support. Are you a member of them and trying to increase sales per chance?
No.

Also, no. The "official channels" aren't for paid technical support.
Canonical provides technical support, but the community also does
through the IRC channel #ubuntu, the AskUbuntu website, Launchpad
Answers, etc. All of which are free.
We can't stress enough that all of those are absolutely to be used as
often as necessary by users looking for answers to their problems;
although they should also be prepared to be told: "sorry, this is a
bug; please file a report on Launchpad."
Perhaps I was mistaken, but what Kip tried to say was just "not this
list", which is a perfectly fine opinion, just not one that I share ;)
