Hi Raymond this works for Firefox:

1. Please click on* View *on the browser Menu Bar.
2. Hover on the *Zoom* option and you will see at the very bottom a menu
option that says
   *'Zoom Text only'* please click and select this.
3. Now when you use ctrl+ or ctrl- you will increase or decrease the 'text'
size alone without page being
   expanded.
