Hey there, Ubuntu Canada Team:

I'm Svetlana Belkin, the point of contact of Ubuntu Ohio team. The
thought how to log these things via chatb.org/WebRTC or any other video
chat programs that doesn't log.  I would say that using IRC and maybe
even the Pad that is used for virtual Ubuntu Developer Submit.  Another
idea is to have someone to take notes on a notepad program.   Any of
this ways of logging can be easily posted into a e-mail to the
mailing-list or onto a meeting logs of your wiki.  You could even use
these logs and addenda for reporting reasons.
