If you're backing up your /home/raymond folder it should include
/home/raymond/.mozilla/firefox which will include all your bookmarks,
cookies, add-ons, history, cache, search engines and so forth.

Sync will get add-ons, bookmarks, passwords, history, and tabs (if you
use the Tab Mix Plus add-on).
