I think that survey changes its questions depending on previous
answers. There was one question, something like "Have you used Unity
in the past year"; answering "No" would skip all the remaining Unity
questions.
I'd go back to exhaust the possibilities, but I don't really want to
skew the survey results with experiments. Also, I'm not that fond of
Google Docs.
