Ubuntu Canada "verified" status expiring

I've paid anywhere from $15 to nearly $60, depending on, I assume, what
Canonical claims they are and how much they're worth and, more likely, the
whims and caprices of DHL.

It varies wildly, although recently it's not been as bad.  Maybe Canonical
figured out some magic incantation to make them less.
