open VPN

If you don't mind a paid VPN service, I've been doing alright with Private
Internet Access (https://www.privateinternetaccess.com/) .  I think it's
around $40/year.  While the jury is still out in this mailing group, I
think that they hide my ID when I do torrents so it's worth the money to
me.  I have it running on a bunch of machines; Android, Windows and Linux.
