question again

[Raymond House]

Hi, I have a file I'm trying to open, I'm told to use the following
command: openvpn --config client. ovpn.  but I get ( error opening
configuration file) I'm told to go to help, but way too much info there
that does not mean much to me, any suggestions would be appreciated.
