OK, that looks like the right folder to me, based on what little I know of
this program...
I suppose at this point you can try the command(s) to open the .ovpn file
again, but with sudo.
Again, I'm just taking guesses here, so don't take my word as final!
Please try to copy/paste the results if it doesn't work right.
And yes, Nixie can be a bit quick on a topic. But she did put out a bunch
of videos that helped me when I was getting started. You're not limited to
her stuff, though, have a look through youtube for other instructional
videos. There's some good ones in there.
