ubuntu-ca expired from team

I never particularly saw the value of an Ontario LoCo over a Canada LoCo.
Except maybe more people could say they run a LoCo, if that helps motivate
people. And we'd get more CDs.

It would mean, though, that there'd be no Ubuntu Canada forum or mailing
list or IRC channel. We'd have an Ubuntu Ontario list, etc. Would people
in Saskatchewan or Newfoundland join that if nobody had set up a
Newfoundland or Saskatchewan team? I'm betting not.

In-person LoCo stuff happens at a city level, not at a province or country
level. But the Community Council/LoCo council didn't want to have to deal
with cities, so they decided to make LoCos country- or state-based.

*shrug*, I don't think it matters much anymore. I've talked about this
stuff before (
http://flyingsquirrel.ca/index.php/2011/11/04/recognizing-city-teams/).
But now I'm not convinced the LoCo model really works. I'm not sure what
does.

Darcy.
