[Ubuntu-waterloo-region] Xenial Xerus Ubuntu 16.04 Release Party?

We don't have to do it on the Thursday evening on 21 April, which
conflicts with the Drupal Users Group meeting. We could do it on a
Saturday afternoon instead, or Saturday evening, or on Sunday...
