ubuntu 17.04

Hi all, just an update on my problem with this distro. I downloaded from 
the regular ubuntu site to a new sandisk flash drive using startup disk 
creator and as before, all comes up ok, but like before firefox can't 
find the ubuntu server.I have tried other distros and there is no such 
problem.I'm using 16.04 now and I wonder if this problem has been 
observed by anyone else?
