Hi everybody,
>> My biggest problem is my poor French skills. Because of that I never wrote
>> something on this list and I didn't joined the swisslinux.org forum either.
I just would like to advise that Swisslinux.org should become
multilingual (french, german, italian, rumantsch?) if we find people
that are motivated enough to help us with this task. We think it
should be great to have a place where each can use his mothertongue.
In top of that many people can speak two or three of these languages
and can help not only german *or* french speaking people but both!
We had a meeting with the guys of TheAlernative
(www.thealternative.ch) and we opened a forum for help in german. This
is a first step... Our goal is to translate the whole interface and to
find a solution to have forums for each language. But you have to
understand that we are at the beginning of the project and have
nothing concrete yet and the realization could take some time, but
everyone that have some idea how to realise that is welcome.
(Forum, email to me, IRC or jabber)
We'll have our general assembly tomorrow in Lausanne and will discuss
about that. If you're interessted, I can report here what will be said.
I personnaly don't know if I can come on the OpenExpo, but I will let
you know if it is the case.
Best regards,
Arnaud
