[Ubuntu-ch] Last Todos before Saturday

Hi all,

I was wondering about a few points I got no feedback of, which are
essential for the good run of our RP on Saturday:

@Ramon: I guess the door opening is OK for 14:00 so we can get
everything ready for 15:00
Also, do we have a beamer and a machine where we can show the
presentations on or does every speaker has to plug in his laptop? In
the last case I will most likely have to ask someone to lend me his
machine for my talk, I don't trust my old laptop which already gave me
some troubles last time...
BTW, I need a token for the car park outside, same as last time, is this OK?

@Daniel: you said you would sponsor the drinks, did you get in touch
with Ramon (or someone else) to get the drinks ordered and ready for
Saturday?

@Florian and Erwin: I guess the fliers have been printed and spread in
Zürich, etc. right?

@Erwin: you said you could print the posters, is this done?

@blogers: would you mind put an add on your blog so we get some more
ads for Saturday?

@all: Please send feedback to this list to be sure we have everything
ready for Saturday, there are only a few days left...

I ordered and received the CD's for the Party, but almost no 64 bit
versions and only very few Kubuntu ones, they seem to have changed the
pack composition. So we might consider burning on demand, do we have
images available? I will load images on my external HDs and bring some
CDs we could burn, but most likely not on my machine, it really is not
reliable anymore...

Hope we are all ready for the party and will have a lot of fun!
