Well, businesses anyway will not change until the next LTS, so not a
problem for now.

The recommended design is the default from upstream, as simple as
that. It's Oxygen in KDE 4.2 and Air in KDE 4.3, although I changed
the latter back to Oxygen, Air is too white-ish for my taste.
