[Ubuntu-ch] localized entry page

Hi all,

at yesterdays meeting (hey where have YOU been), Dani had the idea to 
create a page in the wiki for French, Italian and German speakers, so it 
would be easier for non-English speakers to get started.

I imagine a single page for every language, containing the most 
important information and links.

What we need to make this happen is someone who translates (and 
maintains) these pages.

So we are looking for YOU if you are a fluent German, French or Italian 
writer.

We would provide an English text as starting point which needs to be 
translated and extended with links.
