[Ubuntu-ch] Wiki Start Page

Hi all.

I have updated the wiki start page. Removed some icons and restructured 
some text in order to get a cleaner and easier to read look & feel.

Next thing is to add language specific subpages for French, German and 
Italian.

I am not yet sure if the language subpages should be completly 
independent from each other (e.g. for the ppl from the Romandy other 
things might be important than for the ppl from Ticino).

What do you think?
