Interest in Linux distributions is decreasing in general. Operation 
systems do not play that big role anymore (in times where we only talk 
about Apps).

And even if Canonical once will make it to that market (which seems to 
be the aim), they likely will fail due the missing Apps. The only 
solution for that would be to provide full Android support (like Jolla 
does) using Swiss technologies like Alien ;)

Anyhow, that might be a bit out of scope for the LoCo. We will likely 
continue to organize Ubucon events in the German speaking part of 
Switzerland.
