   * debian/rules: remove texinfo.tex before building; this is an outdated
     copy of /usr/share/texmf/tex/texinfo/texinfo.tex which normally comes
     with texinfo.  Closes: #340990.
   * debian/control: Add (>= 4.8-1) to the Build-Depends on texinfo.  Bump
     Standards-Version to 3.6.2 with no changes.
