     This should enable a takeover of the conffiles now declared in the
     transitional freeswan 2.04-12 package.
   * This bug 206 days old and has been suggested to be a toolchain problem.
     The original reported has not replied since, thus this bug indeed seems
     to have been a toolchain problem.

   * Fix permissions of policies conffiles - I have no idea why they are set 
     that way by the Makefile install.
