   * Relibtoolize with Debian's libtool.  Not an easy task, because
     this package's configure and Makefiles are constructed in a
     completely brain-dead manner.  (Had to remove bad macros from
     admin/acinclude.m4, replace all the libtool files in admin/,
     remove bogus subdirectory references in various Makefile.am,
     rerun aclocal-1.4, automake-1.4, and autoconf2.50 -- and then
     run admin/am_edit.  The package could use a thorough build-system
     overhaul.)

   * Remove the 'sound' directory, which contains sound files from
     an unknown source.  Requires repacked .orig.tar.gz.  Take the opportunity
     to remove junk from the upstream tarball; see prune-upstream-tree rule
     in debian/rules.
