[Ubuntu-Classroom] Formal closure of Ubuntu Classroom

The Ubuntu Classroom project was my first interaction with the wider 
Ubuntu community and the reason why I'm here today.

Thanks to all of you who helped out giving sessions, or managing events. 
It was a lot of fun!
