[ubuntu-cloud] DHCP Problem

My Node and cluster is connected.. but when I try to connect the client , it
can't get a IP Address..

Do we need to set our DHCP?

Or just setting on

/etc/eucalyptus/eucalyptus.conf ?

I have been setting the eucalyptus.conf but the DHCP not working well
