[ubuntu-cloud] Instance remains in state pending - please check NC.log error

Hi guys,
when starting an instance (the Ubuntu 10 version from the download 
store) I get the following errors in the nc.log

1. error: file /var/lib/eucalyptus/instances//admin/i-37A206E5/disk not 
found

2. libvirt: internal error no supported architecture for OS type 'hvm' 
(code=1)


Any ideas what is wrong?
I already googled for it but couldn't find anything useful
