[ubuntu-cloud] Reason "Instances no longer reported as existing"

Hi, I have set up my UEC using Ubuntu 9.10 (Karmic Koala)

Everything goes fine, 

But I have one big question,

When I run instances.. sometime it can goes to running state, but sometime
it goes to terminate state with the reason "Instances no longer reported as
existing", 

Is anyone have a suggestion? 

Moreover the chances of instances failed to run is bigger than instances
successfully run

Can anybody help me? thanks
