[U-co] Rv: Terminar el proceso de membresía

buenas estimados listeros, hace unos días escribí porque olvidé la clave del pgp, 
he creado uno nuevo y voy en el paso de entrar en la página 
https://launchpad.net/~NombredeUsuarioLP/+editpgpkeys
pero me genera un error:
