Massaging the Etherpad into work to be done

Hello everybody,

thanks a lot everyone for your thoughts, ideas and contributions to the
discussions we had up until now.

The pad (follow-up from a CC meeting and a recent hangout) is getting
more organised now:

  http://pad.ubuntu.com/LeadershipActions

It'd be great if you could do two things:

 1) add your name to subjects you are interested in
 2) add your name to work items you could imagine taking on

This will make it possible for small teams to come together and fix
issues together. Even if the roadmap for a small subproject isn't quite
clear yet, it'll help to come together, have a chat and see what needs
to be done next.

Speak up if you should need any help.
