I'd say no deadlines, since they aren't release-cycle dependent like
many other projects in Ubuntu.

My vision is that this is kind of a living document that we can keep
around for the community with people adding ideas as the ideas come up
on the mailing list. When ideas get mature enough (have a clear goal,
action items and at least 2 people committed to working on it) we move
the idea into a blueprint and start work. When they get out-dated or
otherwise superseded we can chat about removing them from the
document.
