Reports
-----------
I made some changes regarding the
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/CypriotTeam/Reports wiki pages, they've been
separated into:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/CypriotTeam/EventsReports (Results of past events)
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/CypriotTeam/MonthlyReports (Results of monthly
team reports)
However, old pages are set to redirect to their new locations, so no
old links will be broken.

MonthlyReports
-----------------------
Monthly reports show in detail what the team or the team members have
been up to. I believe it will be a good thing to establish from now
on. We will start to write monthly reports as a table in the wikis:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/CypriotTeam/MonthlyReports

Starting from the 1st of December 2008 (The first monthly report will
be entitled "2008-12" and will last until the 31st of December), each
month will probably have its own sub-page. If the contributions are
low in number, I think the monthly reports should be reported as a sum
in trimesters (every 3 months).

a) Launchpad activity: This will probably be our main contribution
source, since it is easy to track down the members' involvement to
various launchpad projects.
We need you to JOIN the cypriotteam in order to successfully locate
your contributions, so join the team at:
https://launchpad.net/~cypriotteam

b) Forum activity - useful posts (news-linking may be disregarded),
suggestions, brainstorming, helping:
We could take into consideration the following forums (for now):
1. http://www.ubuntucy.org/forum
2. http://www.ubuntuforums.org
3. http://forum.ubuntu-gr.org/ ( http://ubuntu.opengr.net/ )

c) Wiki contribution (Self-assigned) - This type of contribution
*might* be noticed, but not always. I'm subscribed to CypriotTeam
pages and sub-pages, I shall note such contributions. If you have done
admirable additions/modifications to other wiki pages, e.g.
http://wiki.ubuntu.com or https://help.ubuntu.com/community , then you
will have to add it yourself in the monthly report.

d) Events (Self-assigned) - It's better to write down yourself what
your task was during an event that the Ubuntu-cy organised. If you
can't find your way through with wiki, message me with a plain text
and I'll convert the text into wiki and add it for you.
Note: I will link events that took place during the same month of a
monthly report to the appropriate EventsReports sub-page.

IMPORTANT: REPLY WITH YOUR USERNAMES
------------------------------------------------------------------------
Please note that for the monthly reports to work as expected, you have
to reply with your usernames (and/or nicknames) at forums or
launchpad. :)
Reply here with your usernames/nicknames (or links to your user page
if you find it easier).

To find your link for launchpad, go here:
https://launchpad.net/people/+me - This link will automatically
redirect to your user page.

For example, my links are:
http://launchpad.net/~medigeek
http://www.ubuntucy.org/forum/memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=82
http://ubuntuforums.org/member.php?u=178447
http://ubuntu.opengr.net/memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=228

Cheers,
Savvas aka medigeek

P.S. I'll announce this at the forum later this day or tomorrow
(unless someone else wants to do that :) ).
P.P.S. Sorry for the caps
