3) Prepare letters to invite Businesses in the event. We should print
this, put it in an envelope and deliver it to companies. Give priority
to Computer shops

4) Prepare slides

5) Prepare spot for NTV

6) Contact Media to promote the Event

7) Prepare the computers for the labs. That means both the Computers of
TEPAK (Wubi) and the ones we are going to bring ourselves. Computers on
loan by Computer Shops are highly needed

8) Prepare an intrepid mirror so that the Installation of software be
done from local LAN instead of Internet.

9) prepare a list of Applications to be installed on all the machines

10) Pre - Order The Intrepid Ibix CD so they arrive on time.
