New Skype for linux (beta) with sms & pulseaudio support!

Grab it while it's hot! [?] It's been a year or so since we last heard about
a linux version. While Windows users enjoy skype 4, it seems that the linux
version was long forgotten. This was quite an unexpect surprise, but here we
go:

The highlights:
* Adds support for Pulseaudio [?]
* The new skype for linux uses the SILK codec [?] - better sound quality for
those who have
* Adds support for SMS
