Ubuntu 16.04 LTS is released

The long awaited sixth Long Term Support version of Ubuntu is here:

Some of the highlights of the new version are:

  * Supports Snappy
    <https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Snappy_%28software%29> packages along
    with APT
  * The controversial 'Online Search' is disabled by default
  * Python 3 is the default
