Ubuntu-ppc: sind nicht alle Debian-Pakete in "universal" ?

Hallo ...
Ich hab den (ppc) universal-Baum in meiner sources.list ...
vermisse aber viele Debian-Pakete z.B. grip 
dann gibt es ein quanta-data Paket aber nicht quanta selbst ...

ist das korrekt so, oder hab ich nur irgendwas verkehrt eingestellt ?
